This Unlimited License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 30 July 2026 (the "Effective Date") by and between BeatStore (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and [Your name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee").
The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee an unlimited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the instrumental music track titled "[Beat title]" (the "Beat"), produced by BeatStore Productions, under the terms of the "Unlimited / WAV Trackout" license. This license includes:
The Licensee is permitted to create one (1) new derivative vocal recording (the "New Song") by synchronizing vocals or other elements to the Beat. The Licensee's use of the New Song is subject to the following terms:
The Licensee may distribute the New Song to an unlimited number of streaming platforms and services, including but not limited to: Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, SoundCloud, Deezer, Tidal, VK Music, Bandcamp, and any other audio distribution channels without restriction on cumulative streams or downloads.
The Licensee may create and distribute up to one (1) music video featuring the New Song. This music video may be distributed on YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other video platforms, with a maximum cumulative view limit of 400,000 views across all platforms combined. Once this threshold is reached, the Licensee must upgrade to an Exclusive license to continue distributing the video.
The Licensee is permitted to perform the New Song in live settings, including concerts, festivals, club dates, and other public performances. The Licensee may receive payment or profit from these live performances without limitation. Broadcasting of live performances on radio or television is also permitted.
The Licensee may use the New Song for commercial purposes, including but not limited to: advertising, film/TV synchronization (subject to separate sync licensing with relevant rights holders), podcasts, video games, and any other commercial media projects.
The Licensee MUST provide proper credit to the original producer in all formats (digital, physical, and promotional). The credit must be displayed as: "Produced by BeatStore Productions". In digital streaming platforms, the credit must appear in the production credits section of the metadata. Failure to include proper attribution may result in the license being revoked.
The Licensor and the original producer retain 100% of the copyright, ownership, and master rights to the original Beat and its constituent parts (stems, melodic elements, drum patterns, etc.). This Agreement grants a non-exclusive license for usage only; it is not an assignment of ownership. The Licensor reserves the right to license the Beat to other parties under this same Unlimited license tier.
The publishing rights (Writer's Share) for the New Song shall be split as follows:
The Licensee is responsible for registering this publishing split with their respective Performance Rights Organization (PRO), including but not limited to: ASCAP, BMI, SESAC (USA); PRS (UK); SACEM (France); or equivalent organizations in other territories. The producer's PRO affiliation is: Not registered.
The Licensee is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from:
Any violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of this Agreement and may lead to legal action, copyright strikes, and permanent removal from the platform.
The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a non-refundable flat fee of €99.00 for this license. This payment is final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to: project cancellation, artist disputes, or changes in artistic direction. The receipt of this payment is hereby acknowledged and accepted.
The trackout/stems files provided with this license are protected by digital security measures. The Licensee agrees not to:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
This license is perpetual and non-revocable, provided the Licensee remains in full compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Licensor reserves the right to immediately terminate this license and pursue legal remedies for any material breach of these terms.
By purchasing this license and downloading the Beat and trackout files, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Licensee further acknowledges that this is a binding legal contract and that violation of its terms may result in civil and/or criminal liability.
