This Non-Exclusive Beat Lease Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on 30 July 2026 (the "Effective Date") by and between BeatStore (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor") and [Your name] (hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee").
The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the instrumental music track titled "[Beat title]" (the "Beat"), produced by BeatStore Productions, under the terms of the "MP3 License" license.
The Licensee is permitted to create one (1) new derivative vocal recording (the "New Song") by synchronizing vocals to the Beat. The Licensee's use of the New Song is strictly subject to the following limitations:
Once any of the above limits are reached, the Licensee must upgrade their license on the Licensor's platform to continue exploiting the New Song.
The Licensee is STRICTLY PROHIBITED from registering the New Song, the Beat, or any portion thereof, with any content identification system, including but not limited to YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or any other digital fingerprinting service. The Licensee may not copyright the Beat as a standalone instrumental. Any violation of this clause will result in the immediate termination of this Agreement and may lead to legal action and copyright strikes against the Licensee's accounts.
The Licensee must provide proper credit to the original producer in all formats (digital, physical, and promotional). The credit must be displayed as: "Produced by BeatStore Productions". In digital streaming platforms, BeatStore Productions must be listed in the production credits.
The Licensor and the original producer retain 100% of the copyright, ownership, and master rights to the original Beat. This Agreement grants a license for usage only; it is not an assignment of ownership. The Licensor reserves the right to license the Beat to other parties until an Exclusive License is sold.
The publishing rights (Writer's Share) for the New Song shall be split fifty percent (50%) to the Licensee (as the lyricist/vocalist) and fifty percent (50%) to BeatStore Productions (as the composer). The Licensee is responsible for registering this split with their respective Performance Rights Organization (PRO).
The Licensee agrees to pay the Licensor a non-refundable flat fee of €24.99 for this license. The receipt of this payment is hereby acknowledged.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
By purchasing this license and downloading the Beat, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
